Buying a classic car is a significant decision, especially when you are purchasing from another state. At All Year Motors, we give you time to inspect, drive, and become familiar with your vehicle after it arrives.
Our 30-Day / 500-Mile Return Policy provides additional confidence, subject to the eligibility requirements and purchase terms explained below.

If the Vehicle Is Not What You Expected
Classic vehicles have individual histories, characteristics, and driving experiences. If your vehicle does not meet your reasonable expectations or is materially different from how it was represented, contact us promptly.
Subject to the requirements below, we will work with you on a return or exchange. We want you to feel confident about the vehicle you purchased from All Year Motors.
Before requesting a return
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Submit your request within 30 days after delivery or 500 miles driven after delivery, whichever comes first.
- The vehicle must remain in substantially the same condition as delivered, allowing for reasonable inspection and normal use during the return period.
- It must not have been involved in an accident or collision or sustained damage after delivery.
- It must not have been modified or substantially altered after delivery.
- It must not have been used for racing, competition, or abusive use.
- It must not have been sold, transferred, pledged, or otherwise encumbered.
- Return the applicable keys, equipment, documentation, and accessories originally supplied with the vehicle.
Because classic vehicles may be highly customized, modifications or alterations made after delivery may affect return eligibility.

How to Request a Return

Step 1 — Contact All Year Motors
Call (213) 221-4884, email sales@allyearmotors.com, or contact your All Year Motors representative as soon as possible.
Explain your concerns and identify the vehicle.

Step 2 — We Review Your Request
We will discuss the vehicle’s condition and your concerns. We may request photographs, videos, inspection information, or other documentation to evaluate the request.

Step 3 — Receive Return Instructions
If the vehicle qualifies, we will provide instructions for returning it.
Please do not arrange transportation or ship the vehicle back before receiving return instructions from All Year Motors.

Step 4 — Vehicle Inspection
After the vehicle is returned, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return requirements.

Step 5 — Complete the Return or Exchange
Once approved, we will work with you to complete the applicable return or exchange according to your purchase agreement.

Buying From Out of State
All Year Motors offers enclosed, fully insured nationwide transportation. We coordinate transportation details with you before shipment.
Your return period begins upon delivery and ends after 30 days or 500 miles driven after delivery, whichever comes first. Transportation costs and other transaction-specific terms are governed by your purchase documents.
